I have had a broad training in gestalt, integrative and arts based therapies  including The Institute for the Arts in Therapy and Education, and The Gestalt Centre, London. I am a counselling tutor at the Gestalt Centre.

I have run mental health educational groups for Brookes University Counselling Service, and worked as a volunteer counsellor for The Listening Centre charity in Oxford. I have worked in the NHS with very unwell patients. I ran creative and music groups for Skyros holidays for over twenty years. I have extensive experience of corporate environments, and as a creative in advertising, music, TV and publishing. I can give specialist support to performers, with the unique pressures found in creative environments. I offer face to face psychotherapy in Cheltenham and on line sessions.
